Nothing keeps people in a guild and playing the game like friends do. Encourage your new recruits to participate in conversations to help break the ice. Ask them how they feel about the guild after a few days. What they like and what they don't like. If you spot a bad apple early on, kick kick kick.

LFG (Looking for Group) panel has several options which are seldom if ever used at all. Mentoring, PvP and WvW sections are empty almost 100% of the time.Why not add an option or change one of these to Guild Advertisement (Recruiting and Looking For)?

I know a player can join multiple guilds which is amazing but with reddit potentially making a gw2 guild, I don't want to be left out :) NOT EVEN OMLECH KNOWS!!!!! What the max is if there is even one is not yet known. This video from Curse during the press beta shows the press/Anet guild at a total of 128 Members.
